WSU uses its own trucks and delivery personnel to cover the Midwest.  This allows flexibility to cover short delivery times and emergency deliveries. WSU has its main manufacturing location in Camby, IN (just outside Indianapolis) with additional facilities  in East Peoria, IL and Jackson, MI.
