Steve Hadley, WSU’s Director of Marketing & Development has served as co-chair for the Indiana Section (AWWA) Water For People Committee. Water For People is a non-profit international organization which is the North American outreach of water professionals. Water For People assists people in developing countries by helping them provide safe drinking water resources, sanitation and hygiene education programs.
Steve is also a Past Lt Governor of the Indiana District of Kiwanis International and has recently helped draft a proposal for the next Kiwanis International World Service Project bringing a joint partnership between UNICEF, Kiwanis International and Water For People. The “Guardian for Children in Schools WASH” initiative aims to help save children’s lives by developing safe water, adequate sanitation and hygiene education for school children.
